Breakfast , afternoon drinks, treats and staff were all friendly and wonderful. Would definitely stay there again

Pillows too too soft

Quarto limpo, super confortável e muito espaçoso. Ambiente agradável e acolhedor. O café da manhã é excelente, com várias opções de pães, ovos, bacon, cereais e frutas frescas. As toalhas de banho eram grandes, macias e de ótima qualidade.

O chuveiro não tinha muita pressão de água.

The breakfast was great and the location is amazing

Misinformation due to the clerk on phone and front office told me we could get a refund for a night that we were unable to get there and now management will not issue a refund. Also person at front desk told us the price of an item in the gift shop and when I got the receipt it was a different amount I got charged for the item. The bathroom was not very clean and there were dusty areas and a lamp not working in bedroom. The last issue was when we got there I was holding the room door open to let others in when the door slammed back so hard that the key/knob scraped me in the stomach leaving a substantial cut that was bleeding. The door is so heavy and the mechanism that closes it is way too intense. Also the door handle or knob is way too sharp
