Nicely furnished room, good breakfast. Friendly staff, location great for stadium, not so easy to get in to Boston Handy guest laundry room.

arrived on a Wednesday was told at check in the basketball hoop was no longer, someone broke the backboard. (Why not order a new one? They are like $200 delivered); also Pool is closed for maintenance….”should be open next day.” No, it was closed the entire weekend - we were there 4 nights on an extended road trip, our kids had been looking forward to some swimming and shooting hoops. This hotel also had water shut off for maintenance the day we arrived. We missed that inconvenience but it was from 10 am to 3 pm?. What is going on Marriott? This was not a cheap stay. I would also say the design of a bathroom for a family of 4-5 staying would really benefit from a separate sink/ vanity so people can use that while others in shower/WC.

Breakfast staff was really pleasant, very spacious room and closet, nice large bathroom mirror, good climate control, nice clean room and linens, quiet…did not hear any noise from other rooms or guests.

Fridge was left open, fridge should not have cabinet doors that close over it - no ventilation, chair broken, bar closed earlier than scheduled, no night light, bed reading lights didn’t work, pool open too late in morning, luke warm water at maximum in shower one morning, WiFi was not free, bathroom ceramic baseboard was not finished
