"A great experience"

My family and I stayed here after our stay at Ampersand Beach was a bust. The people were extremely friendly and attentive as you would expect. The facilities are well kept and its in a fantastic location to enjoy all Saranac Lake has to offer. The attached restaurant was also very good and the service was excellent. Thanks VOCO we will be back

"We love this hotel, but this stay was not as good as the others."

The room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The spa was also greatly appreciated.

There was construction going on, so there was no place to sit and enjoy my coffee while my family slept. All the hallways smelled like paint.

"Nice building and setting, but . . ."

It's a perfectly adequate hotel. The best aspects are the peaceful and soothing views over Lake Flower, and a really hot hot tub. We were eager to try the restaurant that was promoted in our confirmation e-mail, which promised an attractive menu, but it was shut tight all day and night. Don't let them have your cell phone number. You'll be bombarded with "helpful" texts before arrival.

Everything! The pool and hot tub were very nice. Excellent gym. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with beautiful views. We added in the breakfast and it was exceptional. Michelle in the Restaurant, and Marina (I hope I have the name correct) at the front desk were great and definitely added to a great vacation. We will be staying here EVERY time we visit the area!!!

"Not very good! For over $600"

The parking lot was not even plowed . What a mess. Our room wasn’t ready till AFTER 4:00 . The stairs leading to lake/ ice castle were not shoveled and was one layered mess of ice/ snow and o fell hurting my shoulder
