Das Frühstück war ok, aber es dauerte sehr lange, den einen Morgen haben wir über eine Stunde auf das Frühstück gewartet.

Die Fotos von dem Hotel bei Booking.com erwecken den Eindruck eines einsam gelegenen Hotels an einem See mit Blick auf einen bunten Wald. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeblick gebucht, den gab es zwar, aber über die Dächer einer KFZ- Werkstatt und anderer Kleinbetriebe hinweg, und das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse mit einer großen Kreuzung und Ampelanlage. Dazu lag unser Zimmer über der Filteranlage der Küche, starker Essensgeruch und sehr sehr laut die ganze Nacht hindurch. Auf meine Beschwerde hin wurde mir von einer sehr unfreundlichen Dame an der Rezeption gesagt, es gäbe kein anderes freies Zimmer. Dies war das teuerste Hotel unserer Reise, gelinde gesagt, eine Unverschämtheit.

Our room was lovely and had a fabulous view of the lake. We would have stayed longer but the hotel was fully booked.

There was a communication error between the hotel and Booking.com and we were told we didn’t have a booking. We waited two hours for this to be cleared up and we were given a room.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very well located and has an unbeatable view.

Just one thing — when it says pet-friendly, it only allows dogs, not cats. It might be helpful to make that policy clear when the reservation is made.
