The host was a very nice person The property is located in very nice and quiet location and very beautiful . Really enjoyed the short walk to the frozen lake through the forest .

You definitely need a car or use Uber or taxi.There is no public transport. But that doesn’t matter if you’re looking for a beautiful location to stay.

Villa was excellent for the size and nature all around villa makes for a relaxing stey, nicely decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was refreshed every day in the room and was filling with all appliances working and in good condition. Host was friendly, spoke English and Informative of areas of Internet for us. Need car to stay here since taxis back and forth would be expensive and good idea to have the villas phone number on hand since host can be busy and there might not be anyone at reception. Only 10-15 minutes drive from rovaniemi centre, Great alternative to hotels.

The hotel is located about 15 km away from the city center, but we can say it is like a fairy tale. There is a parking area for the car. The check-in experience was very good, we had the chance to learn everything in detail. The hotel is built on its own land and has a very large area, there are rabbits and squirrels in the area and it feels great to wake up to this view every morning. Breakfast was ready in our room, all the ingredients such as cheese varieties, ham, eggs, waffles, meatballs, greens and tomatoes and cucumbers were in the cupboard. We were very pleased for 2 people for whom breakfast is important. There are all the necessary equipment such as pans, pots and glasses in the kitchen. There is a frozen lake very close to the hotel and we had the chance to experience the northern lights from here, although we are a little hesitant because the area is a little deserted, we can say that there is no dangerous animal in the land.

Good full breakfast. More than we could eat. Beautiful forest area. It was fun to walk out onto the frozen river.

Beautiful property with kitchenette near Rovaniemi. Lovely welcome from host. Excellent comfortable room with plentiful and tasty breakfast. Lovely campfire and surroundings including frozen lake just 5-10 min walk on private land. A delightful stay and would 10/10 recommend

Nothing to complain about!

The remoteness of the property was the exact thing we were after.

Getting an uber or bolt can be a challenge when needing a large van to move our family. Normal cars were easy

Beautiful place. Cosy, clean.

I wish they offer breakfast. And the activity cabin was not open Somewhat expensive
