"Terrible experiencia. No vuelvo."

Lo UNICO rescatable es la ubicacion. Todo lo demas esta sobrevalorado. Es un hotel regular calidad de 4 estrellas con precio de Gran Turismo.

El staff SUPER GROSERO y altaneros. Falta muchisima capacitacion. Hay empleados que deberian trabajar en un taller mecanico grasiento en lugar de atendiendo clientes. Fue un GRAN ERROR haber elegido este hotel por la supuesta ubicacion, pero es una trampa... mejor vayan al Quinta Real que esta a 2 cuadras y esta 1000 veces mejor.

El desayuno fue excelente!!!! la ubicacion fenomenal en esa plaza comercial encuentras de todo, un lugar donde encuentran de todo a los alrededores

los elevadores son demaciado tardados y muy muy lentos

The smell of the room, I'm not trying to say it wasn't clean just that it had a peculiar smell. That in the hallway didn't happen.
