Hyatt Place Saltillo

Había dos jovencitos miembros del grupo de limpieza del hotel. La joven fue muy Cortez y el Jovencito extremadamente atento. Me da muchísimo gusto saber que tienen gente tan servicial y amables. Como el señor Margarito que siempre que me hospedo en su hotel también es muy servicial. Gracias por todo nos vemos pronto

Muy bien el hotel, pegado a una plaza comercial.

Todo muy bien, solamente que el desayuno debería de ampliarse el horario hasta mas tarde, como en la mayoría de los hoteles.

En general es bueno, solo algunos detalles como las amenidades en el cuarto que solo dejan una crema que está de muy mala calidad y no servía el Dispensador de shampoo, que para lo que cobran debería de servir, el check in súper bien, muy amables en recepción, el comedor si deja mucho que desear en el desayuno las camaristas buenas personas y amables

I stayed at Hyatt Place Saltillo for three nights. While the hotel meets basic comfort standards, my experience with customer service was extremely disappointing. Upon arriving home, I realized I had forgotten a shirt in the closet of my hotel room. I am absolutely certain that I left it there, as I was only traveling with a carry-on bag that never left my side. As soon as I noticed it was missing, I immediately contacted the hotel to report it. They assured me they would check and get back to me, but they never did. After several follow-ups on my end (including multiple emails to the manager, who never responded), I had to call personally. After several mysteriously dropped calls, I was finally told that nothing was found. This leads me to suspect that the hotel staff simply decided to keep my shirt, which was brand new and worth $200. I understand that it's my responsibility to keep track of my belongings, but accidents happen. At the very least, a hotel of this caliber should have honesty and professionalism in handling lost items. The lack of response, zero communication, and apparent dishonesty from the staff left me with a terrible impression of this hotel. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. If you value the security of your belongings and professional customer service, look elsewhere.
