The apartment is really nice, well equipped and absolutely comfortable. The environment is quit, residential (not dangerous!), and there is free parking in a place, next door, organized from the owner. Communication via mail was super, lots of touristic material in the house and easy check by a code. Wi-Fi also works perfectly.

Unfortunately the weather was too hot as everywhere and the place, last floor, has no air conditioning. I think the climate change will need to have it also in Germany (when I was a student south Germany in summer was lovely and fresh). So, ok but better a short stay in August if you have problems to stand the hot. The place is not really near to the centre of the city:it's not negative, a pleasant walk if you like as us.
