Easy to find, close to major highways and amenities. Staff are pleasant and helpful, in hotel restaurant was excellent. Will visit again most likely.

Their electronic system needs work, my reservation was “unassigned” and my King Suite with communications was not available. I had a booking confirmation and pin, but their system didn’t have my room until the day after I had booked it for. I was provided with a double Queen room at a higher price than my original booking, which does not seem like a fair practice. The front desk lady was very helpful, and committed to resolving my issue. It was very obvious she was held back in providing the best experience to me, via the electronic system that handles the operation. Upon entering my room, a discovery was made that the toilet handle was not connected to the flusher system. I was able to reconnect them, but it happened multiple times during my stay. On the 2nd day of my stay, my room key stopped working, and after a long day out I had to return to the lobby to get it fixed.

Just passing through on our way home from a vacation in Gulf Shores and ended our driving day here. It was the best quick stop experience ever, from the front desk to the clean and comfortable room to the amazing hot breakfast and cheerful service. Absolutely 5 stars plus!

Wish every hotel was as excellent as this one. Staff is friendly and helpful, hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, restaurant/bar on site with good food, really great breakfast (website says you have to pay extra for the room to get breakfast, but we called and they gave it to us for the cheaper rate), Did we say the staff is amazing? Front desk, waitresses, maintenance all were great. Rates were very reasonable. Will try to work our travel around stopping here.
