Coastguard Lookout

The quirky tower. Location is was sold it to us.

A few more mugs would be good. The mattresses and sofa are probably due an upgrade. The tower is a lovely feature but has the potential to be really special if developed.

Location is fabulous, especially the lookout at the top of the building. Private Parking great. Quiet location.

Excellent position with amazing sea views and sunsets from the top of the lookout. Compact but had everything we needed, rarely used the car as everything we needed was within walking distance, but local attractions within easy driving distance. Our third visit says it all.

The lookout is in an amazing position with easy parking. Throughout the day no matter what the weather the view from the top is amazing and is helped by being warm and comfortable.

The only slight downside (or point to be aware of) is that there is no conventional oven. However if you don’t fancy using the hop and multi function microwave it does mean you can experience some of the nice eateries in the area.

Perfect location overlooking the clean beach and within walking distance of Hunstanton. Nearby inns with good food, small shop for emergencies. Private car park behind gates, local bus service is regular and travels to all the villages on the coast. The beach was very popular with families and it was a joy to watch the children and dogs having such a fun time together. It was a privilege to stay in such a unique building with views stretching for miles from the top floor Lookout.

It would be petty to mention anything. Even the steep stairs to the top of the building helped with our fitness. We were certainly fitter at the end of our stay than at the beginning. Without the steep stairs, there would be no view! You just need to take them slowly but surely.

The accommodation was compact and well equipped. The view from the viewing tower was amazing.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable - probably because the mattress was a bit saggy under the mattress topper.

Surprisingly spacious property in an amazing location, loved the views from the lookout room!
