Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Daytona Beach - Ormond Beach

We arrived at 9 pm. The hotel was deserted and the door was locked. Eventually a man answered the door and said the hotel is closed. I said we'd booked earlier that day, and he said you'll have to take that up with the 'third party', which by which I assume he meant Hotels.com. No apology, no explanation. It took me about an hour and a half to get a refund from Hotels.com. They told us that we'd arrived late (we got there at about 9 pm, and the last check-in time was 11 pm), and then that we hadn't shown up at all.

I had a horrible experience I got to a room with curtain and had to spend the night just like that. They had no other rooms to move me too. I slept with the light of the highway light the room. They got it fixed the next day. However, no one called to apologize for inconvenience or say anything at all. I know it’s not an high end establishment but I still paid for the room and would have liked to enjoy my stay.

It's in a great location and appeared to be clean.

We didnt even get to stay. We booked on booking.com and showed up and the woman at the desk told us they didn't have any rooms and that this happens all the time with people who use booking.com. Would highly reccomend calling ahead.

Have stayed here before, easy check in and service

Only stayed for one night but hard to sleep with all the noise in the hallways most of the night, had two little boys who couldn’t get to sleep. Plus the elevator was not working on morning of check out.

Nothing
