这家住宿在山上，周围什么都没有。订住宿时，如果没有提前安排晚餐，就要和酒店订晚餐和早餐。而且这家酒店设施已经很旧了，它一共有两翼，一边新一点，一边很旧，旧的那边有很多楼梯而且没有电梯，行李箱需要自己抬。

旧的那边浴盆特别滑，也没有防滑垫，洗澡时还摔了一跤

位置離河口湖車站稍微有點距離，進出口的路窄，車子不好進，行李箱拖著聲音很大；但民宿內可看到富士山，床很多，水壓很穩，客廳有廚具可料理；老人注意，上下樓樓梯窄，其他都很不錯，性價比高

因為有上下兩層，有些角落跟廚具沒有打掃得非常乾淨，但房間跟浴室還有廁所都ok，可接受範圍內

Location, cleanliness and facilities

Check in experience, no human connect. We had difficulty getting the QR code to enter the property, we had to wait outside in the clod for mor than 30 minutes

Place was clean and looks new, location was good as near to train station.

There's actually only 1 toilet and 2 shower rooms. However, shower room was too small to have towel and clothes change done in the shower room. So, effectively, only 1 person can shower per time. Bedroom lacked table and wardrobe/hangers for hanging clothes, had just only beds in the room.
