Everything was ok until the washing machine broke. Did they let us know when it would be fixed? NO Did they let us know when the engineer would return? NO Did they offer to replace the linen and towels? NO Did they offer to help with any cleaning? NO Did they send us a picture of a nearby laundrette? YES

The views were fantastic.

We could not get the wifi code from mgmt. Tv did not work. Access to toilets were via steep staircase. No instructions on how to handle checkout, trash, etc. This is not a place for elderly. No mention of steep staircase to bedrooms and all toilets.

nothing was good except for the location and the neighbors who were extremally helpful and supported during my stay.

The managing agent was beyond bad. Also, the property cleanliness was terrible especially the towels and bed linen were soiled and not properly cleaned. another issue was with the water were i had a major water leakage from the kitchen sink and the fire department came to address the issue since all the numbers provided for the managing agent emergency contacts were not answered. this made the case worse and the fire department requested a mandatory evacuation. when the agent answered the next day they proposed to refund only one night standard fee and ignored all the damages caused by them not answering my calls claiming that it was a rainy day. i was even shocked when they told me that only standard rate for one night will be refunded without the additional fees. The 1 night standard rate was not even half of the price i paid for one night. the other hassle was with processing the refund which took them almost 3 weeks in discussion and negotiation. the end was what they proposed to pay or nothing.

Clear and visual instructions to find the location and to access the keys, the house was very well appointed and well equipped. We had a very comfortable stay

The house was fantastico. view of Lake Como. it was clean, well equipped and convenient. our family enjoyed our stay, too short. Unfortunately, it was a very crowded weekend.

Had a problem but best news, we called, reported it and it was fixed immediately. Great service.

The location was amazing. The view from the terrace, overlooking the lake, was stunning and the house generally was really nice.

The biggest issue was that we booked for 8 adults, with the description being 2x double beds (4 people), a room with 3x single beds and then a sofa bed. However, the room with 3x single beds was 1 actual bed and then 2 mattresses on the floor which was very misleading. It would be great if you were looking for 5 people and under, but I think it's fairly misleading to say you can house 8 when it means people are on the floor. There also weren't enough sheets/duvet covers/pillowcases. There are also no blinds in the two top-floor bedrooms, so take an eyemask.

We arrived to the apartment at 2 a.m. and the code for the keybox we recieved was wrong and couldnt get in. We tried to call the numbers (which should have been 0/24 contact) but no answer for 30 mins, when finally we reached someone and told us the right code. No one said sorry at least or dropped a message if we managed to get in.

It was a decent sized property which was good enough for the 4 of us. I’m not sure how 8 people would fit as we’d be all over each other. Good location and lovely views of the lake which we enjoyed every day.

It wasn’t clean at all. Dust and webs everywhere. We were informed the cleaners had been the morning we’d arrived; however there were crumbs on the floor in the dining room and saw many black ants there too.
