Freezing pool! Coffee shop /bar area - never open! Summer only? Our room was privately owned - no room service, no assistance from front desk. Check in was complicated. Too many different comms. Normally all comms on Booking.com. Nowhere was I informed that I would receive a text message at 2pm the day of checkin. (I was unable to check in until early the following day). I thought I had check-in deets from emails. The comms said I would be met at the property by a representative!!! I was managing check in to 2 other properties at the same time & missed the SMS. I called Uholidays who told me the Mantra unit number but didn’t think to tell me he’d sent a text. Living part of unit very small, huge bathroom. Nowhere to sit inside when cold.

Good room but note it is a studio with no kitchen which is as advertised

the pure one bedroom. Possibly make it clearer that there is no kitchen or sink facilities

Great communication from the host with collecting keys very well described.

The only negative was the lack of room for 2 suitcases. Had to put a suitcase in the bathroom as the wardrobe is small and putting a suitcase in front of window doesn’t work when you are closing the bifold door. Room is more suited to a solo traveller with limited luggage.
