Un Hôtel En Ville

The hotel and room had all that I needed, not to mention the roof deck. What made my short stay memorable was the wonderful welcome from Vanessa and the easy access to the centre and the harbour area. I hope to return for a longer stay another time.

Excellent location, wonderful staffs. Small room but have everything I need.

Cleanliness of room and quality of bed linen. Although room was small it was more than adequate for our needs. Vanessa our host was exceptional - she was accommodating and helpful In securing a taxi and securing a restaurant booking on a busy Saturday night. Although the hotel is beautiful, excellent location and exceptionally clean, it was our hostess who exceeded our expectations with her welcome, hospitality, helpfulness and overall warmth. We have recommended this hotel to all our friends and hope to return ourselves . The bathroom was spacious and immaculately clean but the hidden gem was the roof top terrace which was so quirky and unexpected

Location, and friendliness of the staff. Vanessa was very welcoming and helpful.

The window of the downstairs room was on the footpath of a street behind the hotel. It would be good to have a decent blind or curtain to fully cover this (a suggestion rather than criticism).

It would have been good to have coffee facilities (maybe in reception area with an honesty box).

Location is ideal and when sunny the rooftop terrace is pleasant and private

As suggested to Vanessa, a little fridge and electric kettle would enable guests to make use of the spacious downstairs area.
