The location was fine. We drove there from Indianapolis after the NCAA Men’s Final Four.

We had 3 guys so made sure we had a King sized bed and a pull out couch. The pull out couch was terribly uncomfortable. I financed the construction of a Holiday Inn Express years ago and they purchased very comfortable pull out couches. It was not the employees fault but when we checked in at 1:15am (and were quite tired), she had problems with the computer and it took probably 15 minutes to check in.
