6 Person Holiday Home in Brovst

The address on our receipt was wrong. We had to spend money for a room. We are seniors and don't look to our email for much. They had sent directions to the place to pick up the key (30 minutes away from actual apt) to our email address which on a good day is bombarded with 25-75 emails from various spam. THE EMAIL WAS BURIED. Then the phone number on our receipt was Geniva, Switzerland at a cost for a 30 minute wait to give us zero information. The apt is OK and on the beach which is great. The communication error cost us another hotel fee and long distant calls. We are seniors things need to be simple. A phone text would have been simple. Very dissatisfied. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. This is a privately owned apt so on the property management is non-existent.
