①担当者様の対応の早さと丁寧さ ②網代を一望できる景色のよさ ③アメニティ、キッチン用品、カトラリー等、備え付け設備の充実度 ④吹き抜け構造による室内の解放感

①施設情報の事前開示が不明瞭で担当者様とのやり取りが何度も必要だった点。(BBQ設備や薪ストーブといった有料オプションの金額及び利用条件や他サービスを通した料金支払い等、分かりやすく宿泊情報として明記してほしい) ②最寄り駅からのアクセス性が悪い点。(車がない場合は、タクシーか徒歩によるアクセスになるが、タクシーは時間帯によっては捕まらないため、急な坂と階段を30分程登ることになる) ③ハウスルールの厳しさ(19時以降のベランダ利用制限なので景色を楽しみきれない事や退出時の片付け等の指示が多い)

景色も居心地もとても良かったです。木の温もりを感じられる部屋でした。家具家電、調理器具食器は十分なくらい揃っていましたし、お風呂も広く良い景色を見ながら入れたので旅行の疲れが取れました。こんな別荘が欲しいなぁと一緒に行った方達と盛り上がりました。また絶対リピートしたいです。
