やり取りも色々配慮いただき、素晴らしかったです

Location and the quick access to the inner city for eating etc and the closeness to the deer park and temples! It’s really in the middle!

The check out time at 10am with a big reminder about being fined if you leave late! Very unnecessary in my humble opinion! Maybe the word Please leave the room before 10am as we would like to prepare the room for further guests!

Everything was very good can’t complain about anything, staff very friendly, very clean place and big in an amazing location!

Location was the best to an artsy neighborhood, the UNESCO sites and close to Nara Park.

壁掛け時計が１時間遅れだったので、机の上に置いて来ましたが、わかったでしょうか。お風呂の洗い場排水口が詰まっていたので、洗ってきました。チェックアウト時は鍵を机上に置くようにと書いてありましたが、鍵の存在は無いので、一瞬不安になりました。ホテルの位置は猿沢池横で、大変良い場所にあり、スタバやコンビニも充実ですね。

便利な場所で、しかも広いのは良かったです。 ですが、夜、周囲の音が時折したり、ベッドが合わなかったのか、あまり眠れませんでした。こんな経験ほとんどないので、自分でもびっくり。

Room was clean and comfortable

No communication from hotel, unclear checking procedures, no manned reception, no detail for how to check in or codes for communal (main entrance) door so found ourselves locked out of the hotel for 45 minutes until another guest arrived, unable to phone number proved as it wouldn't connect, only option was to email which we still haven't had a response to.

水回りも綺麗で快適に過ごさせてもらいました

近隣の駐車場の料金が高いのは仕方ないですね。部屋は広くてドライヤーが最新で良かったです。
