Beautiful hotel with very Friendly staff! We didn’t expect to only be able to Valet(a bit pricey) but Sara our valet took care of our car and always greeted us with a smile! The Christmas decorations out front and inside the restaurant were gorgeous as well:) We will definitely stay here again next time we visit the music city!

The evening began with a joyous welcome from the staff that matched the fun of the Holiday “Merry Moose” rooftop theme. To top it all off, our waitress, Polly, amped up the experience with her frivolity and laughter. The experience was a sparkling holiday event. Thank you to the staff and all the people who helped put this themed Pop-Up together.

This is the cutest pop up Christmas bar ever!!! You have to see the best team Polly, Lexi, and Brooke. Best service and best bartenders and the DJ Rod is amazing!

Very kind and helpful crew. We went shopping and had lots of luggage and bags. Organized truck to make all of our items to fit.

In room phone to reach anybody at hotel did not work. Using the TV screen to place an in room service order also said “try again later” and never worked.. calling the hotels mainline from cell phone eventually got through to a person after 30 minutes of following prompts. but just very frustrating.

Unique hotel experience, would stay again. Will now try virgin again in another location, was a great first experience.

Great hotel.. room was lovely apart from no robes and only one small bottle of water in the room . At the level advertised robes are a must! D’rell in the valet area was excellent
