"Positives & Negatives"

Negatives: Sink Blocked-Rain Shower broken. NO Blinds in the lounge (the main balcony window) so everyone and anyone can look in. ***Property should be checked for defects before allowing guests to book?*** Dodgy contact upon handing over a deposit. For all future bookers, The contract should be between ''Riis Property Limited'', signed by Vinay Taggar the director and a correspondence address if guests need to dispute or take a failure of a refunded deposit to court. What the photo doesn't show is a huge van (owned by a dodgy loudmouth neighbor) that parks directly in front of the apartment all night everynight Given the fact that there are no blinds I raised this to be told 'other previous guests don't have a problem with it'.- Not an acceptable response. CCTV on the front door? Not a fan, but it deters party goers wanting to book this but I'm sure the deposit would resolve this. POSITIVES: The kitchen was well kitted out (nice welcome pack, cutlery, foil etc). Despite the poor contract and privacy issues Vinay is always at the end of the phone if you need anything, so fair play & the apartment is in a great location if your working in the area. For info, So this property is actually a first floor apartment (above the garages) with ONE bedroom downstairs (bottom left). Would I return? If the issues highlighted were corrected, without hesitation it just has these minor issues which deter business travelers like myself.
