"Nicht sauber, kein Mitarbeiter vor Ort"

Gute Größe und Ausstattung. Der Außenbereich und das Spielzimmer sind ebenfalls schön und recht neu angelegt (jedoch kostet im Spielzimmer vieles extra Gebühren - das ist schade, vor allem da es sonst vor Ort nix zu tun gibt)

- es war nicht sauber (mind 30 schwarze Haare lagen auf meinem Bett und unter der Decke - absolut eklig - kein Mitarbeiter vor Ort (wir haben angerufen und es hieß, es würde jemand kommen. Dies war jedoch nicht der Fall - wir konnten nirgends reklamieren oder um Nachbesserung bitten) - kein Fön (wir mussten heute alle mit nassen Haaren abreisen) - schlechte Klimaanlage (laut und falsch positioniert) - insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert Schade, das Potenzial wäre da. Aber alleine aufgrund der fehlenden Sauberkeit kein 2. Mal!

Great stay for families wanting to enjoy Canadian resort area. Fun game room complete with Pool and Foosball tables. Large outdoor area for Bbque and picnics. Play area for kids. Good location. Clean. Excellent communication with staff.

The mountains create a stunning backdrop for this tranquil spot. After a long drive, it's perfect for unwinding – we'll be back for sure!

Upon arrival, we were tired and noticed the bed sheets appeared worn and crumpled, as if they'd been previously used or someone had lain on them. The sheets weren't properly tucked in, looking untidy." The electric kettle was dirty, and some of the cutlery showed signs of rust. Additionally, there was no chopping board provided.

It was big unit with full kitchen

The plastic garbage bags were not there, no recycling bin. No dryer. No kitchen roll. No salt and pepper. Bathroom needs renovation.

Room was fine, bed was very hard. Cleaning staff missed a wash towel on the shower rail and faucets are very loose. Not deal breakers. Id stay again. It was close and convenient to town by car and i didnt have to worry about leaving the car at night.
