We enjoyed the comfy bed and a soak in the bath. The Tv and other electrical appliances appeared brand new and everything we could want was there. The location is right on the main street so there was some traffic noise and we didnt find the heating or wifi controls - maybe some info in the room would help? This did not trouble us enough to seek help though, so overall a positive experience 🙂
Hitel17 was perfect for our stay. It was central to the town. We stayed in the King room which was lovely and clean and fresh smelling. The bed was so comfortable. We loved the area. So many lovely places to visit, close by. Monmouth, Hereford & particularly Symonds Yat, our favourite place.
Lovely welcome when we arrived. Good communication. 10 %discount was a good perk in the cellar bar. Netflix was another added perk. Nothing was, too much trouble when they were closing early and we asked if we could have an ice bucket with some wine glasses to take to our room. The only downside which wasn't in the hotel's control was the noise during the night from unruly chavs on the street outside when the windows were open.
Fabulous accommodation which was very clean and well decorated. Would come back sometime in the future. Only issue was the main road so will probably ask for a back bedroom next time. Not a biggy though as the accomodation is on the high street so was expected really and it's central to everything! Thank you for our stay....
