Good location, friendly staff

For 2 people is to small, sofa-lova is not comfortable for kid to sleep

I recently stayed at Waikiki Apartments and had a wonderful experience. The staff at reception were incredibly warm, welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Special thanks to Marko, Nadja, and Emilija for always assisting with everything with a smile, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was great and very comfortable, providing a pleasant and relaxing environment. However, the staff at the Waikiki Beach Resort restaurant, where the daily breakfast was served, did not meet the same standard. They were not pleasing and never smiled, which was disappointing. Overall, I highly recommend Waikiki Apartments for the excellent reception staff and comfortable accommodation, but there is room for improvement in the service at the restaurant.

The staff we met at this resort were all extremely nice and very helpful. The location worked well for us, being by the beaches and also the town. The room is very spacious, which was perfect for our family of 4. The beach at the resort is really nice (beautiful, clear water) and the beach service is very good as well. The breakfasts are delicious and very generous portions. Our family had a great time at Waikiki!

Overall, it was a very nice and comfortable stay but one thing I would have liked is darker curtains or blinds - the sheer is sewn to the drape, so you can't actually cover the whole window with the drape part. Our room was at the top and there is lighting under the roof that is quite bright at night (my opinion). A note about the "breakfast included" is that this doesn't include beverages, so you will need to pay for coffees, juices, etc if you wish them with your breakfast (resort prices).
