Location is great. Shuttle service is fabulous and so is the Wakka Angel who saved my dinner when I forgot my wallet and the izakaya I was at was cash only. I texted the hotel and literally less than 3 minutes later the Wakka Angel ( she knows who she is - management take note! ) appeared to arrange for payment that they just added to my bill Also Sunrise is worth waking up for. The in room washing machine ( for suites ) was great and I wish I’d known as I did laundry in Onomichi.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They helped us make reservations for dinner and even dropped and picked us up from the restaurant. One of the best places we stayed out. Breakfast was the perfect size and delicious. Our place was so cozy and clean. You can tell the house keeping does a great job, everything was perfect. Definitely coming back.

It was a Big surprise to find the cafe was only open on Sunday afternoon. It was Feb, but I was not happy to be told upfront. This was the only minor issue.
