Dirty linen ( bed sheets, uncomfortable pillow, burn cigarette in the cover sheets, ect ) . No TV control of curse unable to use TV. Don’t mash any pictures with description in the website. Actually a take of everything….😤
We had a 3:00 pm check in. Get there and there's a note stating ( will return at 5pm. Contact a Expedia and all the person did was not listen to me. She didn't care that, I was upset. She told me I would get charged $58 for cancelling. I finally get in contact with the property. I asked will there be a discount. NO0E WILL NOT BE BACK
The plumbing needs an update. The smell that comes from the bathroom is horrible. It makes the room smell like a porta potty.
Check-in is 3:00 p.m. we got there around 3:30. Sign said be back in 10 mins. Okay, we can wait. 10 mins turned into an hour and half. He mustve had the damn runs to be in the bathroom that long. No discount, just a, "you can check out later than normal time". No thanks!
The better business bureau needs to be called on these people and a thorough investigation should be conducted into the fact that theyre are holed in the wall, no smoke alarms in the rooms, cigarette burns on the counters, and incompetent staff.
Room was average. The room smelled like Marijuana. A random guy was knocking on my door in the middle of the night. Room was average cleanliness. Shower worked well
This place was gross and filthy. Door didn’t seem like it locked. Air system wasn’t working well. Mattress had stains. Sheets smelled dirty. Whole room stank of smoke. Cigar trash on the floor.
Filthiest motel i've ever stayed in
The room was decent but the sofa chair was covered in stains. The shower drain was clogged. And never got fixed. I had to buy liquid draino myself
Been a while since I've seen a motel so dirty. There isn't a coffee machine in the lobby. Maybe there is but the person behind the counter is too lazy to open the lobby and has made a 'please use night window' sign that's still there in the morning. Every wall had holes in them and the whole room was just filthy.
