Since the day I checked-in, warm hospitality that greets you instantly made me set myself up for a fantastic stay. The place itself is magnificent with impressive surroundings of nature and peaceful atmosphere that serves best to relax and pass quality time with close and beloved people. The property is, however, not too distant from the center of the city, and that makes accessibility very convenient any time you want to. The service was absolutely fantastic—each wish was received with immediate attention, frequently better than expected. The experience was that all one needed to do was ask, and the staff would rise to the occasion best. The accommodation itself is gorgeous, with comfort coupled with inherent beauty that makes the experience one to not forget. My four-day experience was enjoyable and highly recommended to any individual seeking serenity, excellent service, and a different getaway.

We had such a beautiful stay at Villa Cella. The villa felt calm, private, and really peaceful — perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We especially loved the option to hire their vintage car, which was such a fun touch. The staff were absolutely lovely, as is always the case in Ubud, and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a private, unique and serene stay.

Given the standard of the hotel and the price we expected slightly better food/ dining service (not ordering the dinner through QR codes/WhatsApp). Additional cost of some services/experiences are very overpriced. It was also a bit strange to have the bathroom and kitchen sink combined in one. Otherwise it was a beautiful place definitely worth checking out :)

We had one of the most beautiful experiences of our lives at Villa Cella Bella. It was our honeymoon and also my birthday, and the whole team went above and beyond to make everything unforgettable. 🌸 From the warm welcome with flower garlands and fresh coconuts, to the many surprises prepared during our stay, every detail made us feel truly special. The hospitality here is on another level – every single staff member treated us with such kindness and care. A special thank you to Arik, who made sure we had absolutely everything we needed and did everything possible to make each moment perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for an authentic, warm, and unforgettable experience in Bali. For us, it was simply a 1000-star stay! 🌺✨

Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect.

This place is a paradise on earth. The views are so beautiful, so calming and inspirational. We loved everything about our stay. I want to thank our butler Kadet she did a fantastic job making us feel at home. The only regret we had was not staying longer. We have traveled widely and Villacellabella has been our favorite place. We will surely come back to visit again. It is truly a unique and special place.

The hotel looks really fancy and Instagrammable from pictures, has incredible jungle view. Felt cozy upon arrival. So quiet.

I’m honestly disappointed. I booked a Zen Villa for one night to celebrate my birthday, and while the property has potential, the experience was far from luxury. The outdoor area was the biggest letdown: the hammock was rotting, the marble stairs dirty, and the outdoor bathroom full of cobwebs and insects — clearly not cleaned or prepared for guests. The patio furniture had no cushions, so there was nowhere comfortable to sit. The table was covered with ants, making it impossible to eat outside. One of the beds had a stained cover and the ottoman next to it was also dirty. In the morning, lizards were crawling on the walls. Breakfast was disappointing also — tasteless eggs, terrible coffee — we ended up eating elsewhere. We were told the main pool is open 24/7, but when we came back from the club at 12:10 am, the gate was open but the area was dark, torches off, zero atmosphere. Overall, this place is extremely overpriced for what it offers. Maintenance is very poor. I will not be staying here again.
