Struttura vecchia, colazione fai da te con pochissima varietà, stanza al secondo piano nel sottotetto con parecchi rumori dovuti al riscaldamento e alle tubature. L’unico lucernario con tenda oscurate mezza rotta. Bagno pulito ma lavandino intasato. Non è previsto il servizio di pulizia giornaliero salvo il cambio di asciugamani solo su richiesta. Il letto non veniva rifatto le tazzine sporche rimanevano sul tavolo e l’acqua se terminata non veniva ricaricata. Posizione comoda distante 10/15 min a piedi dal centro. Qualità prezzo pessima.

The room could have done with a little bit of upgrading as room could have done with a luck of paint and a maybe some new pillows

La stanza era sporchissima , piena di polvere , un solo asciugamano a testa, senza cambio biancheria , problemi con l acqua calda.

The price was cheap, and the self check-in process was simple. I booked this room because it advertised a large desk for work, which it did have.

This stay was completely unacceptable. The room was freezing cold because the bathroom window was stuck open the entire time, letting in outside temperatures of around 2°C. I had to work wearing multiple layers, including gloves and a coat, which made it extremely difficult to function. The shower was broken and only ran at a dangerously hot temperature. I was scalded on the first day. When I reported it, I was told I was “using it wrong”, only for staff to then admit the issue was already known and had not been fixed. Nothing was repaired during my stay. Support from both the hotel and Booking.com was poor. I was passed back and forth between them and eventually told to use the bath instead, which was so small I could not sit in it properly as a 5'2" woman. In a freezing room, this was not a realistic option. Despite being told the property was “fully booked”, I did not see a single other guest. What I did hear every morning was loud banging and scraping from the floor above, as if furniture was being dragged around. On top of that, the heating system made constant, deafening noise, suggesting it needs urgent maintenance. The lack of noise control made it impossible to rest or work properly. Staff were unhelpful throughout, offering no practical solutions. There were no clear food facilities, and the shared space felt neglected rather than usable.
