Was a great stay and I love the space and everything about the hotel. Would have preferred a nicer view with sunshine; I was on the wrong side and it was super dark. Your Shane Cotton art works are fabulous as well as your design, both interior and exterior. Perfect location.

Howard helpfully showed me how to use all the features of my beautiful room after I’d checked in. You have GREAT staff! Hotel Britomart restaurant has excellent service and a foody menu with a fantastic selection of dishes, we had breakfast and pre-show small plates. The staff always greet us with a smile and if time allows ask about your day. The hotel decor aligns beautifully to the surrounding buildings, restaurants and shopping, Britomart is our favorite central Auckland location.
