property is right on the beach and the locals make you feel like if you live there. (I kinda do). I live 20 minutes away in Palm Bay and will be staying here much more often.

some type of coffee bar would be nice because there's nothing really walking distance

beach, location, well supplied kitchen, view from back windows, close

air conditioners were loud and continuous between units, bed was stiff, refrigerator was not clean

Beautiful, spotless, right on the beach, easy parking, staff was welcoming and friendly.

Only thing I can possibly say bad is that we had to take luggage up stairs. But its only 3 stories tall so 2 flights of stairs if your up top (we werent). It really wasnt a big deal for us
