"素晴らしい雰囲気"

なんといってもロケーションと雰囲気が良い。宿単体でも観光しているような気分になれて美しい宿だった。接客も丁寧にしていただき、駐車や荷物の運び込みなどをやっていただけてとても楽だった。朝食も日本食らしく小鉢をたくさん楽しむことができてよかった。総じて素晴らしい宿。

強いて言えば露天風呂はやや冷たかった。朝だったからか、あるいは様々な年齢層に配慮しているからか。家族風呂は適温だったように感じる。あとシャワーのホースに小さな穴が開いていて隣の人に水が飛んでいってしまうのに気を付けなければならなかった。ただいずれも美点を帳消しにするものではなく、おすすめの宿。

"楽しい思い出になりました。"

夕飯の栗ご飯がとても美味しかったです。 庭の木々や植え込みが立派で、歴史を感じさせた。 従業員が若い人が多く、元気が貰えた。

普段は羽布団で寝ているせいか、掛布団が重く感じられた。

"お部屋、苔むした和庭園、お料理、すべてにとても良い時間をすごせました。"

数年ぶりの黒川温泉でしたが　外国のお客様が多く　驚きました。 従業員さんも外国の方で　多言語で丁寧に説明されており、お心配りなど感じが良かったです。

温泉着きの和洋室で、川のせせらぎが聞こえる落ち着けるお部屋でした。至る所　木をふんだんに使ってあり、和を味わう外国のかたも喜ばれそうです。 ただ、タオル類、シーツ類が　からっとしてなく　湿った感じがしました。柔軟剤のせいかとも思いました。
