Such a lovely riad! It’s a peaceful oasis in the hustle and bustle of the Medina. The staff are all absolutely amazing - always smiling, helpful and kind. Nothing was ever too much and they are what makes this place such a good one.

We had a little issue with the wifi but the staff were incredibly responsible and did the absolute best to help us resolve this.

The location is fantastic; the staff were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome; the rooftop terrace is a delight - a real oasis of calm; tasty, generous breakfasts. Thank you, Ibrahim and staff, for a truly memorable stay.

There was a lot of building work in progress. It was noisy and sometimes a smoky atmosphere. We felt the Riad lacked an obvious manager on site.

Had a great and comfortable 4 night stay in November due to the nice location and excellent service by the staff. Staff is hard working, warm, friendly and they pro-actively made an effort to assure we had a pleasant stay. The riad itself is beautiful and the rooftop is as gorgeous and enjoyable as the pictures show. Well maintained building and very clean with a team that continued to clean. There was someone to welcome us each time when we entered the Riad, offering complimentary coffee and tea. Even at night. That made me feel safe and well taken care of. The rooftop is super nice for a sunny breakfast. The staff helps to replace your table to any spots you like, which you’ll likely find since the terrace is on all 4 sides of the patio. There are some nice sun beds which were used frequently by guests. We liked that the place had 5 bedrooms which makes it a personal experience. Location is central and perfect to explore the medina. Good about this riad is that the pool is on the rooftop, allowing the sun in the pool so we could even enjoy it in November. We felt very welcome and hope to return.

Our room was (the only one) on the ground floor. It’s nice and quiet as long as people choose to have breakfast on the rooftop terrace. The riad set up doesn’t allow a lot of sunlight in the room on the ground floor but the direct access to the patio and the high ceilings added to how spacious it felt. Also the room had cosy lights. The description on Booking gave us the impression that a washing machine would be available which should be read as that the team was happy to offer us to wash our clothes without charge. Same for the kitchen/ coffee tea facilities: the team will offer you what you need, when you need it.
