As instalações do hotel sao muito boas, a opções de lazer sao fartas, as refeição são boas.

O quarto não tinha blackout na porta de vidro para a varanda. A cama de casal eram duas cama de solteiro juntas, desconfortável.

comida boa e farta

problemas no checkin e no checkout. colocaram uma pessoa em treinamento para nos atender e foi super demorado e stressante . Uma dia - treinamento deve ser feito com cliente fake e não com cliente real. na saída nos fizeram voltar a pé ao chalé, extremamente longe, apenas para buscar a chave . não existe serviço de quarto... cobrar R$5,00 apenas de taxa para levar uma água ao quarto é um absurdo. poderia ter sido excelente porque a comida é boa, as piscinas são boas e o serviço de arborismo é excelente mas pecaram em coisas que vão nos fazer a não voltar mais.
