This place is amazing! The room was beautiful and very clean. I stayed in the bamboo room. They provided us with traditional Japanese clothes. I was able to try the Japanese breakfast and it was delicious! The staff was very attentive and friendly. I throughly enjoyed my stay!

"The best stay and the best service"

We had the best stay at Nazuna Kyoto Tsubaki St. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The semi-open air onsen was very relaxing and the perfect way to unwind after a busy holiday. The dinner was some of the best beef we ever ate. The staff was amazing and attentive. In particular, we had an amazing host named Rei, who looked after our every need from check-in, to dinner, and even our late night egg sando. We will forever remember the lovely time we had at Nazuna Tsubaki St., and will not forget the level of service and care from Rei! We will be back!
