Location was good and easy free parking however the unit was dated, doors not closing properly and only 4 towels for 5 guests. I attempted several different ways to ask for more towels but no response. Was unable to access the essential closet for more soap/towels etc …. as code wouldn’t work and tried every day for three days to message to rectify and no response!

Excellent location,well equipped very clean, only one hand towel was supplied could use another,and shower did not contain the water very well resulting in excessive water on the bathroom floor.

Lovely property, only complaint is that walls are VERY thin and we had to listen to the guests above clomping around and blaring music, and then throwing a party from 3-5am one night. I did contact guest services and they were very nice - our last night there was no party and we were able to sleep.

Good location for access to Vanderbilt Hospital. Did smell a little musty. But better when air turned on.

Great location. Very roomy and comfortable

Property had black mold surrounding the living room vent in the ceiling. The entire flat had ants that got into our food and we’re in the beds. Beds were comfy and bathroom was nice.
