"Interesting Trip"

I returned to this hotel in hopes that my stay would be better this time because the atmosphere & rooms were so clean, so I gave it a second chance. I gave it a second change primarily because of the fact that the assistant manager had reached out to me and assured me things would be better if had returned. Things were, for the most part, but then I noticed it appeared as if the assistant general manager was drinking at the bar with some of her customers. I was confused at first, but then I thought to myself is this normal? After all, families DO still come here, this isn't just a hotel for only adults and people who do business...and considering it was happening exactly one week before Christmas ? and then I noticed it again on the Saturday before Christmas? I mean, I know the OSU game was playing but come on, let's show a little decency when dealing with people's money and families rather...

"Great choice for our stay."

Great location. Very close to I-270. Not sure of the facility age but it looked brand new. Very clean. Breakfast pretty much standard hotel fare. Well stocked and decent selection. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here in the future if in the area. Highly recommend.

"Great location, clean, quiet"

After a car break-in staying at a hotel in downtown Columbus, we decided to stay outside of town. I was very pleased with the Towneplace Suites. It was conveniently located and the parking lot was well-lit. There was easy access to the highway to get into Columbus. The hotel and room were very clean and the staff were friendly. Plus they have a strict noise policy so the hotel was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay again.

Outstanding hotel with amazing service. Lisa at the front desk was an amazing help! I needed to check my elderly parents in before they arrived because I had to get back to wedding venue for our daughter. Lisa took great care of my parents and made them feel comfortable and welcome. The room was spotless and well appointed. Everyone at this hotel is customer service oriented. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you, Lisa!!!
