Floors needed mopping as very dusty. Mirrors dusty. Lack of kitchen items, eg dishcloth, tea towel, bowls. I didn't like the foam toppers on the single beds. They were not smooth. They had a lumpy surface which personally didn't suit me.

USThe apartment was very comfortable near the Arena, restaurants and shopping area. Within walking distance to their popular attractions.
The lighter to turn on the stove was not working.
DEThe location is top notch. Right in the middle of tourist spots. Restaurants are also nearby with accessible public transportation. The place is big with enough room for a group of 4 and well equipped. Accommodating staff which immediately answered our concerns next day.
The property was advertised with Airconditioning; however during our stay, the Airconditioning was not working so we had to result to using fan at night. However this feels uncomfortable since it wad already quite warm in June even when the windows are open. The Airconditioning issue was immediately reported; however the staff was not able to fix during our stay which resulted to 3 nights of uncomfortable sleep since we had to use fans. Staff should make sure that all advertised facilities are working as expected, especially things such as Airconditioning which is a necessity during warmer months.
