Breakfast was sufficient

i love the location of the hotel just outside of Malioboro street. its within 5 mins walk. Very convenient to food stalls and public transport.

The hotel is a little run down for Novotel standard. The hot and cold water tap in the shower is faulty.

Very excited stay in this hotel : - Very early checkin while room was ready with very kindness support by Mrs. Lulu. - swimming pool on 10 th floor with city view - Restaurant with local and west include with many option and delicious taste. - Parking area with better space. - Fast check out program,, - Very closed to malioboro with its heritage,, Recommended to stay in this hotel

Sehr freundliches Personal. Als ich einen frühen Ausflug hatte und erst 10:10 beim Frühstück war (schließt um 10), hat man mir trotzdem noch Kaffee und ein Omelett gemacht. Das war klasse. Der Pool ist auch schön gross. Leider könnte es mehr Schatten geben.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist recht dunkel gehalten, die Fenster schließen nicht richtig, so dass Wärme und Straßenlärm fast ungehindert in die Zimmer kommen. Das Furnier der Möbel blättert teilweise ab.

Location was next to the mall. Rooms were adequate.

Lulu checked us in and was very welcoming. She also suggested some popular places which we highly appreciate. In addition to assisting us with earlier check in, she quickly responded to have someone check on our sink. Thank you, Lulu!
