部屋にフェイスタオルが置いてありませんでした。 バスタオル2枚しかありませんでした。 便器が、破損していました。

Very good service The swimming pool is great too we had a lovely time and we had the spring rolls they were delicious The cocktails are great too

Goede ligging

Ideale ligging, op loopafstand van treinstation, praktisch aan Malioboro (shops, restaurants),super vriendelijk personeel, zou hier weer terugkomen

The hotel location is really good bang on the very happening Malioboro street and close to the railway station should you wish to take the train from the airport. While its a walking distance from the train station taxis like Bluebird and Grab/ Gojek taxis are readily available from the station to the hotel. The room we took was spacious enough to accomodate an extra roll away bed. It had a microwave and a sink. What really put me off was that the cleaniless was a bit wanting especially in the bathroom. The edges of the wall tiles were dirty, Side of the bed was stained. Towels provided on first day were stained and the shower head was leaking.The bathroom has a frosted glass door .

I had an amazing time in Jogjakarta—this city is truly full of kind people, especially at Novotel Suites Malioboro. I had a room reservation with a special request for birthday decorations, and the reception team (Mrs. Kiki) was incredibly helpful in arranging everything for me. During check-in and check-out, I was assisted by Mas Berry, who was attentive and generous throughout. Upon arrival, I also received a warm welcome from Pak Lew, who truly made my day 🤗🙏🏻. A big shoutout as well to Ka Eno, Rulis, and Riris for creating such a wonderful decoration in our room. Both the spa and the pool bar gave us a memorable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay at Novotel, and I can’t wait to return!
