The restaurants were great and convenient.

The room was disgusting, found blood on the floor and sheets, the shower and couch were dirty.

The hotel is really nice, very clean and the staff were wonderful. It was great to have 2 restaurants on site as well. Great price and fantastic hotel!

There were a bunch of kids that looked to be about aged 8 -10 years old, presumably a hockey team, that were extremely disruptive, very loud and running through the halls, the lobby, and even through the restaurant (Chop). They threw gum in the hallways and all over the pool, so we weren't able to use the pool in the morning. We notified the staff so hopefully they were dealt with accordingly. This hotel doesn't seem appropriate for a group like that

The first night 4 days before we were charged a high price for the noisiest room in the house. Simply because we had a pet and were treated like second class citizens. Why, if we already pay a pet fee are we put into "pet rooms" ??? Isnt it enough to have to pa a pet fee ,let alone be put into a "pet room"?? high class hotels in Vancouver like the Waterfront do not differentiate between rooms , regardless if one has a pet or not. The extra pet fee is enough. There should not be Pet Rooms if the cleaning crews do a thorough and proper job. This is what the pet fee is for.
