Bellavista Costa del Sol

Todo, la ubicación, la limpieza, comodidad, excepcional, estuvimos un grupo de amigos y todos coincidimos, lo magnífico del apartamento.

Location

Very thin walks and noisy apartment neighbours, and their even noisier yapping little handbag dogs of which there seem to be an epidemic in Costa del Sol!

The location, everything you may need is just around the corner (restaurants, supermarket, take away food etc.), the beach is only 5 minutes to walk. Absolutely amazing host - not met in person, but response was always very quick and kind, all information has been provided in advance. The apartment was equipped with everything needed - very well eqquiped kitchen (Dolce Gusto coffee machine with few coffee cups, tea, salt, few spices) with plenty of dishes. Comfy beds, bedrooms heading North. Amazing view from the large ES balcony (large table + 6 plastic chairs) over a small swimming pool area (closed in winter), we just loved having breakfast with a lot of sunshine in winter. Parking space for free in the underground garage + lift from the garage to the appartment. We had just a great time!

only very small things to maybe consider: in case you are a VERY SENSITIVE light sleeper = the appartement is on the 2.floor, all 3 bedrooms heading to a access one-way road leading to the harbour, it may disturb somebody - especialy when sleeping with open window (cars, people heading to the harbour). You can also hear other residents flushing the toilet and having a shower- not so nice especially at 7a.m. :-) (this has already been mentioned in previous descriptions). There is only 1 set of keys - for a larger family a second set could be useful - as we didn ´t need it we hadn ´t ask for it. Couldn ´t get in the house via internet link provided in advance, but other resident of the house let us in and after that we had no problem to enter the appartment (key code) and collect the regular keys - from that moment on we got into the house via standard key without any problem. Maybe we just misunderstood the explanation how to enter the house at the beginning... Anyway we would love to book this appartment in the future again.

The location beside the marina is excellent. A very comfortable apartment with extras such as kids pool toys and a bottle of wine from the host. The host welcomed us and answered any questions we had. Free parking on site Washing up liquid, etc. was provided.

Large comfortable aparment with very nice ocean view, picture attached. Excellent location! The flat was immaculately clean and spotless and prepared for our visit - we were met and welcomed by Mr. Orlando and his wife who helped me with parking our trailer with motorcycle in the undeground garage and informed us what we wanted to know, and followed up twice during our stay if all is OK :-) A super guy that every rental owner should have :-) We liked the large refrigerator/freezer, and quiet hot air heating when needed a few times, and completely new coffee machine. WIFI - perfect. A welcome gesture of a bottle of wine would have been nice, if not expected, as from our numerous other stays.

The location was fantastic and the apartment was spacious for our family of 5. Lots of storage too! The pool is clean and well maintained.

Those not used to apartment living may find the noise of neighbours and water pipes etc off putting. Also the pool is mainly used by local residents so not as relaxing as a hotel pool eg. no sun loungers, parasols, ball games not allowed etc.
