The staff is so nice. The room is beautiful.

The room was same as shown in the images with a balcony. The view from the room is Mua caves top pagoda. The bed was very comfortable. Tasty pho was served in their dining area in the down floor. The family of Mrs. Van was really sweet. As she dont know english, translator was used to communicate which was quite easy. Bicycles, motorbike, laundry everything was available at reasonable rates. Mrs. Van and her son was very sweet and helpful. Worth staying in a good homestay in Ninh Binh.

Modern and clean room, kettle available, airco has heating function which we needed on some chilly nights. Good restaurants nearby. Located in the countryside but close (especially if you rent a bike) to the tourist attractions around.

Bring earplugs, construction next door starts at 6.30 AM. 2 hours before that you'll have dog and/or rooster concerts. Incredible but our stay in Central Hanoi was quieter than here on the countryside. Bit of a language barrier with the hosting family if the son was not around, but google translate mostly did the trick.

The staff was really friendly and incredibly helpful! They went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. The location was amazing, right next to a food street and some nice cafés. The room was spacious and clean. We could even do our laundry. A great value for money.

The place was nice and comfortable. The rooms were well decorated and clean. Mrs. Van and her son tried to help whenever possible. We ended up ordering dinner and one breakfast (that was not included unfortunately) and it was really good.

The fact that the owners don't speak English, sometimes made it hard everytime needed something or info. Sometimes the reception didn't have anyone and we had to wait or contact through WhatsApp. The room only had one problem that it was too cold for us and we couldn't make it warner with the heat option of the AC. What really didnt go well was the laundry, that when we decided to deliver the clothes we made sure to say to wash and dry in the lowest temperature (and we're told that the ladies knew what to do) but we had a pair of jeans and shorts shrinking :( we still paid the full cost and it was way too expensive (40k/kg). Nezt to the place there was a construction site but honestly there wasn't noise even on the days we had to sleep in a bit more.

Spacious room, nice facilities in the hotel and well located. All in all good value for money.

Ambient and room conditioning is very clean. Clean and well furnished. Responsive host.

Very friendly and kind land lady. Convenient to eat in the homestay. Just need to order one day in advance if you’re in a rush. We had plenty of time so it was good. This homestay is not in city so it’s nice and quiet at night.

Can have ants if you leave food in room. Best to eat downstairs which is comfortable and can order drinks from landlady
