The staff was very courteous and attentive. Amazing breakfast buffet spread.

For Batam, visitors would like access to beach or sea front. This property does not provide that which is disappointing.

"Relax and pampered stay!"

Excellent location, just above the harbour, the staff were accommodating, able to give us connecting room and while waiting for the rooms to be ready, they gave us a temporary room to rest as I have 2 old folks and 2 children! The room was clean and bed was comfy and the breakfast buffet spread was exquisite and lots to eat and try! I love the beehoon and their Indonesia cuisine. Will sure stay again and recommend my friends too!

Stayed 1 night in the deluxe twin ocean view room. Very beautiful hotel . Would stay longer next round. Must swim in their pool. Infinity pool without the heavy price tag.

"Wonderful stay"

Staff are very friendly and approachable. They are very well trained to handle special incidents or requests. The staff who serviced my room, Sihol and Rifky, are exceptional. Breakfast is fantastic, with very wide international and local selections. The swimming pool is great.
