Tolip Resort El Galala Majestic

The only positive aspects of our stay were the beautiful sea view from the room and the activities available for children. The view was relaxing, and the kids enjoyed the activities. Unfortunately, these positives were not enough to make up for the poor room condition and the disappointing food.

Extremely disappointing experience. The room was in unacceptable condition. Multiple lights were burnt out, the floor had broken tiles hidden beneath the carpet, and the bathtub drain was clogged. It was obvious that the room had not been properly inspected or maintained before our arrival. To make matters worse, the food was the worst part of the stay. It was completely tasteless, with very poor quality and little variety. Overall, this hotel was far below the standard I expected, and I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

minor issue with facilities, like broken stairs in sea. activities like singing band/ entertainment is focused towards kids only

Lighting fixtures and remote batteries need replacement , cleaning could be improved. I had way better experience last time which was only 2 months ago
