Tolip Resort El Galala Majestic

I would like to sincerely thank the front desk and reception team for the complimentary room upgrade. Their professionalism, kindness, and warm welcome made my stay even more special. A special thanks to Mr. Islam at the reception desk for his fast and professional handling of all the check-in procedures. His efficiency and excellent attitude truly reflected the high standard of the hotel. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Ain Sokhna. I have tried many hotels before, but I never truly felt comfortable until I stayed here. The hotel is extremely well organized, the rooms are spotless, and the housekeeping team deserves special appreciation for their cleanliness, attention to detail, and excellent attitude. Everything you may need is available inside the hotel — pharmacy, supermarket, and even a dedicated kids’ entertainment area. The hotel truly feels like a small city. The beach is very clean and well organized, and the swimming pools are excellent with different depths suitable for all ages. I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends from Europe, and everyone who visits always thanks me for recommending it. Another great thing is how quickly the staff responds to any request. The service quality is truly outstanding.

I liked the view from the room ,the location is really good.I hit the opportunity to have a trip with the cable car which was really amazing as it was free one and you can see the sea and the mountains from there.The beach was really good .

The food overall no quality , a lot of flies inside the restaurant and the rooms ,the juices and drinks were very bad ,too much expensive for the given quality .Also the shower was a disaster ,there was a broken steel gutter .The staff were not professional

Location in general was good. The size of the property is quite big with multiple areas of action. The presence of ATM machines, convenience stores and a pharmacy on site is a plus. The check in was smooth and the check out as well. The animation program for the kids was nice. The pool size and the pool bar service team is good as well.

The beach was close to the port, so water quality is not the best. The restaurant at peak times is just a mess. The quality of food is average and wait times are quite tricky if you dont come early. The suites are good, but nothing extra special given the high prices of booking them. The pool, if heated would be great. Given the short distance to the Cable Car station, 2 times only during the day is not that convenient.

The beach needs to be cleaned from the stones to Anabel guests using it safely

Beach and pool and room were very nice also food was good but the taste needs to be better

The staff not professional on handling any request and also the entertainment time with the animation team was not so good they need to improve it
