Das Personal war sehr freundlich und jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Außerdem hat mir der Wellness-Bereich sehr gut gefallen.

"nicht gefallen" wäre hier etwas übertrieben. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Ich fand es jedoch nicht so "herausragend", wie es in vielen Rezensionen beschrieben wurde.

"hotel cu locatie buna si servicii variate dar cu ersonal sub asteptari pentru un astfel de hotel"

- locatie aproape de centru si telecabina - apartament cu doua camere foarte mari - mic dejun bun si variat, facilitati hotel (parcare, piscina, sauna)

- acces relativ dificil cu masina la hotel (strada ingusta) - n-am fost informati ca avem Guest Card cu care se putea folosi gratuit transportul public - piscina era deschisa mai tarziu decat programul oficial, si asta pentru ca noi am cerut sa fie deschisa. In plus, piscina exterioara avea apa mai rece seara decat la pranz - atitudinea si comportamentul personalului (indiferenta, aroganta) care lasa mukt de dorit
