Second stay in your hôtel, we love your hôtel. Rooms, design, SPA are great! Staff is very friendly as well. Great to have charging station free of charge. Good communication for the bedrooms choice. Staff is friendly (big up for the blond lady at the breakfast, sorry do not know the name but might be headwaiter or?) -> super pro.

-À young waitress discussed for very very long at a table at the breakfast. Please, this is not professionnal... -And, we decided to order starters in the room for the 1st evening. Very good but, one was trout salmon, and it was not in it, there was only the salad. The day after we just mentionned at the lady at the réception, we were not asking for anything, we just asked to pass on the message to the Chef and she asked us to do it by ourself…really? ? We decided not to do it… we were going all day long outside and came back after 10pm. Aim was not to have a réduction, it was only to mention it so that they can pay attention to it. Some suggestions, -ask people charging their car to move them when it is done. It was sometime complicated to have one despite the high number of places. -Breakfast is really nice but everyday the same… Except fresh juices. It would be a really good point to have more qualitative cheeses (always the same, for the Price we can expect something else). Same for ham/salami. Your hôtel is great, but there are Little things really easy to fix to get back to the level of two years ago.

بصراحه الفندق ك اثاث جميل ومسبح ولكن موظفة الاستقبال التي استقبلتنا لم تكن ودوده ولا جيده فالتعامل اسلوبها كان جدا جاف وسيئ .. لم يعجبني اننا حجزنا شاليه يتكون من 3 غرف نوم وشرفه ولكن لم تتم مساعدتنا في اي شي كان الاصنصير لا يعمل وحملنا الشنط إلى الأعلى بدون اي مساعده منهم .. لم يكن هناك نظافه التنظيف عندهم فقط تبديل المفارش .. عند خروجنا تم اخذ منا 200 يورو اي ما يقارب ( 900 درهم ) فقط لاننا خرجنا بعد الجيك اوت ب نص ساعه مع العلم اننا أعطيناهم علم اننا سوف نتاخر لننزل الحقائب والشنط ولم يخبرونا بانهم سيخصمون 200 يورو < لا اتوقع انه مبلغ بسيط على تاخير بسيط جدا مع اعطائهم علم بذلك < لم يعجبني أبدا الفندق أنا اخترت الفندق لأنعم بالراحه ولكني لم اجد اي راحه ..

كل شي لم يعجبني واكثر شي الموظفين والعاملين ومستوى النظافه ..

I have been staying at this hotel with my family for four years because we truly love it. The staff are friendly, polite, and helpful, and they even arranged a lovely birthday surprise for my son.

This time, I was very disappointed. The furniture was old and dusty, the cooking utensils were dirty, and there were many insects in the room. Housekeeping only changed towels and emptied bins without proper cleaning. For such an expensive hotel, this was unexpected, and I hope it returns to its previous high standards.

Gute Ladeinfrastruktur für E-Autos. Personal sehr freundlich. Morgenessen vielfältig und ausgewogen.

Kein Barbetrieb im Sommer. Am Abend tote Hose. Keine Drinks. Sollte so ausgewiesen werden bei der Buchung.

Swimming pool and sauna close at 8pm, it is too early, other hotels on this level of services close at 10 pm which is great.

Absolutely fantastic place. Everything was top notch: the restaurant, the parking with 8 EV charging stations (free for guests), the rooms, the view, the confort. Will surely come back.
