Radisson Blu Towers Kaushambi Delhi NCR

I have booked for 5 nights but ended up changing hotel after one night. my room was big but was not cleaned and towels provided in the bathroom was also not upto the mark, when i approached and asked for the checkout after our first night experience. I initially asked about the option to check out early. The staff asked for the reason, and after I explained the issue, they suggested that I look at some of their other rooms first. They said that if I still wasn't satisfied, I could check out. However, shortly afterward, I received a call saying they had spoken with their manager and that I could check out without any extra payment. This gave the impression that either there were no better rooms available, or they preferred that we check out rather than resolve the concern.

The housekeeping service was exceptional. Not a speck of bother. The service personnel Munish Yadav was very courteous and always attending to the guests needs.

The hotel stay was good and service was fast and the house keeping department was efficient. Everything was at place and the staff was polite

Radisson Towers in Kaushambi, infra structurally superior to its sister property in the vicinity, is well below the usual Radisson standards on service. The rooms are spacious & well-appointed. However, the folks at the lobby as well as in the restaurant, do not so much as welcome you or acknowledge your presence or say goodbye.
