Problème de compréhension concernant la chambre réservée. Manager complètement nulle et pas du tout à l écoute. Heureusement qu’il y avait Giannis qui a essayer de faire au mieux. Je vous déconseille les chambres du bas qui sentent l humide, le moisi et sont très sombres car presque pas de fenêtre. Beaucoup trop chers pour la prestation et le type de chambre.

Bel hôtel, design très sympa. Équipe accueillante et à l écoute. Demander les chambres à l’étage lors de votre réservation car les chambres du Rez de chaussée sont sombres et sentent l humidité.

Hotel nuovo piccolo e molto curato in una zona dove respiri l’atmosfera locale pur essendo vicino alla spiaggia di Falasarna. Molto accogliente, il personale veramente molto disponibile ti fa davvero sentire come a casa. Sicuramente lo consiglieremo. Giovanna.( Italy Bologna )
