Hotel Drover, Autograph Collection

It is a great hotel if you’re looking for decor. But it stops there. The service from check-in forward is pathetic. It reminds me of going through airport security. The staff certainly is not happy that you’re there. It reminds me of the statement, “great place to work if we didn’t have to deal with the guests.” Staff very non caring. Second time here and same circumstances each time.

Everything was top notch. From check in to the beautiful room details, every staff member was fantastic. We are at the restaurant and the breakfast was phenomenal! Can’t wait to go back and sit on the patio with a drink!

Awesome hotel that you must visit if you are in the stockyards! The decoration of the hotel and the rooms was wonderful! Everything is within walking distance! The room was very clean, the staff very friendly and willing to serve us with whatever we needed! We will definitely be back!!

Hotel Drover was absolutely perfect. We rented their presidential suite for six days to attend the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo. We had flown private, and the director of rooms picked us up plane-side. The room was absolutely lovely. Something that surprised us was how much we enjoyed the fireplace

From the moment you drive up to the moment you pull away, Hotel Drover is a first class experience. Richard D greeted us when we got out of our car and was very helpful with all our questions. He knew the best places in & around town. When we left, Richard was there to say good bye! Wonderful experience.

This is one of my absolute favorite places to stay!! A stunning hotel within walking distance of everything that the Stockyards has to offer!

This was our second stay at the Hotel Drover. We stayed at room 203 which had a nice courtyard view. The room was beautiful and styled differently from the last room that we stayed at last summer. Upon driving up, the valley was quick to help us out of our car and take our information. At check-in, we were quickly welcomed and given our offer of our luggage tag as well as a card for a complementary continental breakfast or the option to use it as a $15 per person credit toward a menu breakfast item at the restaurant. As this was a Saturday and the end of the Fort Worth stock show, it was incredibly busy. We arrived at approximately 2 PM and the lobby was already completely full as was the outdoor courtyard. With that being said, everything was beautiful and clean. Around 5 o’clock we went to the restaurant and had a drink at the bar and our bartender, Jonathan was wonderful. After our dinner upon our arrival back to the hotel, we were warmly welcomed and had a great night sleep in a very comfortable bed.

The breakfast was great. The rooms were very clean.

In our room, #333, there were no dresser drawers to put clothes in. The console had no drawers. The only place to put folded clothes/pants was on the top shelf in the closet.
